Instructions for the Gift Giver

  1. Determine which class(es) you wish to purchase.
  2. Complete the Gift Certificate Request Form.  We’ll gather a few more details via email, and arrange to collect the payment from you.
  3. Gift certificates are required to be paid in full, in advance.
  4. Once the full payment has been received, we will ensure that a space is reserved for the recipient.
  5. Select one of these gift certificates, print it up, and add in the relevant information as you like.
    • Version #1 – 8.5″ x 11″
    • Version #2 – 8.5″ x 11″
    • Version #3 – 8.5″ x 11″
    • Version #4 – 8.5″ x 11″
    • Version #5 – 4″ x 6″
    • We can customize any of the above with the name of the recipient and other information. Please provide at least 2 weeks advance notice.
    • Custom certificates available – just contact us with what you have in mind! We can work them up with themes for birthday, anniversary, graduation and other special events.
  6. Any available discounts (early registration, family members, etc) can be applied. Any applicable discounts will be included in determining the total payment amount.
  7. The standard refund policy applies: 50% of payment is refunded if canceled more than one month in advance.
  8. Gift certificates expire one year after purchased.
  9. Gift certificates are transferable to another person, with a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of the class, and with approval from the instructors.

Instructions for the Gift Recipient

  1. Once the certificate has been presented, the recipient needs to go register for the class. We will ensure that you are provided with the proper link for registration. Generally speaking, the recipient will be pointed to the specific class on the Wernick Method “Let’s Pick” website.
  2. The recipient will need to complete the registration form, and will then receive the usual registration acknowledgment and class materials.
  3. The recipient can keep the gift certificate as a souvenir, and does NOT need to present the gift certificate to the instructors when class begins.
